Trip to London Part 2: Pottermore Offices and Platform Nine and Three Quarters

As explained in the previous post (in which I reviewed the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and talked about my experience there), I was recently in London.

While in London, not only did I visit the normal sightseeing spots and the Harry Potter studio tour, but I also took a trip to the Pottermore offices and King’s Cross to see Platform 9 3/4. The pictures below are from my experience.

The Pottermore offices are located at Middlesex House in London, a short walk from Regent Park (the closest tube station is Great Portland Street). It is a very sleek complex, with many windows. The windows and openness provide a great view of the beautiful green courtyard in the center of the building. If you’re ever in London, it’s not something that far out of your way, in that its not difficult to get to.

One day, we went to Cambridge, took the train via King’s Cross to get there. Obviously it wouldn’t be a trip to King’s Cross without a picture with Platform Nine and Three Quarters! (note: the person in the picture is not me……)

Hope you all enjoyed the pictures! Have you ever been to London? What did you think about it? Share your thoughts in the comments below…
