It’s that time of year again!

People are already searching to find out when GoF will arrive on Pottermore

Pottermore has released a short, quick statement, in true Pottermore style, regarding the first installment of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

In a response to one of the queries on the Pottermore Platform updates page on the Insider, Pottermore said that they are currently working on the first installment of the fourth book, and it’s looking “great”.

When will the first installment of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire be available?

We’re currently working on the first installment of book four, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and it’s looking great. We’ll give you more information over the coming weeks, so keep an eye on the Insider and @Pottermore for the latest details.

Of course, the obvious question is, When will they release the chapters? It’s very hard to tell, because Goblet of Fire is very long, although we would not be surprised if the Pottermore team is already pretty far into the book. We suspect that they will launch it in the next couple of months, and hopefully by November we’ll have the new chapters! (Please note that any predictions we make CANNOT be taken as official statements, and as fan theories only!)

In any case, we’ll keep you posted on all the Insider updates over the coming weeks. Here’s to hoping the first chapters will arrive soon!

In the meantime, you can purchase the e-book or digital audiobook of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire from the Pottermore Shop.

  1. Are you being paid by Pottermore for that last sentence or what!? 😉 Just kidding, I think it’s a little weird to be talking and (especially) asking about GoF, when the whole fandom SHOULD be talking about the awesomeness that is Lupin’s biography, in my opinion.

    • Actually we’re not! I thought if anyone wanted to re-read the book before it comes out on Pottermore, they can (like I am!)

And I most agree! But then again, people can’t seem to wait, can they? (Myself included!)
